Hey there, My name is Kate and I'm a coach specialising in resistance training, nutrition and helping people transform the way they look and feel.

You may have come here because you're stuck in a bit of a rut and I just want to let you know I've been there. I know how frustrating it can be to put in so much effort and just not see the results you want. I get why you want to give up, it sucks to work so hard and end up sometimes worse than where you started.

You see, before I started coaching I was the prototype of 'how not to fitness'. I got it ALL wrong. Juice cleanses, ridiculously low cal diets, plodding away on the treadmill for hours running on empty. I didn't touch weights for fear of getting 'bulky' but was so unhappy with my body. To make things a little bit more tricky I also found out I had PCOS. I was making NO progress and going round in circles going nowhere fast. Enough was enough. 

I knew I had to change my lifestyle, not just to look better but to feel better. I tried weight training, started feeling stronger and walking a bit taller. I saw how brilliant the results were, became more knowledgable about nutrition and then helped others achieve the same results. I worked as a coach on the gym floor for 3 years in London helping completely normal people lift weights and get strong. As I progressed I decided I wanted to become qualified as a Nutritionist and study my ISSN Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition.

But enough about me - Lets get back to you. You may have a look at my page, think "yeah it makes sense to learn how to do it properly", bookmark it for later and forget about it.  But I'm telling you from experience there is a way to get the results you want without burning out and finishing face first in a box of Maltesers (commendable choice though).
